comfortable bed friendly staff
The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast offered fresh and plentiful options. I found the staff friendly and amenable. I enjoyed relaxing in the bar in the evening.
The lighting in the room wasn't optimal, as the down lights weren't central. It affected the overall brightness.

Excellent Stay with Attentive Service
efficient staff spacious room good variety
I found the front desk staff efficient at check-in. They quickly changed my room to a more spacious one, which helped a lot. The breakfast offered good variety and I thought the staff were polite. Dinner was also very good, so the dining experience was positive.
My main issue was with the small windows. The room itself felt cramped. This made the room not look like the photos.

Check-in was seamless, the room becoming available by 2 PM. The room had a modern design and was impeccably clean. The surrounding street felt secure. I particularly enjoyed the warm cookies offered upon arrival. They were a treat.
I noticed a slight delay in replenishing toiletries. the staff quickly addressed this when I mentioned it.

grateful stay
lovely room plenty space sweet staff warm cookies
the room was lovely with plenty of space, and the cleaning staff were so sweet. they even arranged our little one's teddy on the bed and kept the place very nice. i was thankful for everyone making our stay great. the warm cookies are a real treat.
the bathroom door dont close fully so there is lack of privacy. dont stay with someone you dont know well!
